I am based in CA and have a resale certificate on file with you. Why is sales tax still added to my order?

Our shopping cart automatically adds sales tax to all orders shipped to a CA address, regardless of whether you have your resale certificate on file with us. Please complete the checkout process for the total amount including the sales tax charge. When we process your order, we will automatically deduct CA sales tax if your resale certificate is on file with us. Your credit card will only be charged once, for the correct total amount excluding CA sales tax. Please see our sales tax policy.
